I have an older version of Tiger Gaming on my PC. I now have a Mac and want to play on this computer. I can't find a way to either transfer or open a new link of old game.

Answer by Robert Polubinski

Yes, you can install the Mac version of Tiger Gaming from the official website because it is released for Windows and Mac. If you have a username and password, these can be used for the same client. There is no need to create another one since they will work normally. Access the website to download the client.

Downloaded and installed Tiger Gaming 8.2 on my new computer running Windows 8. When I try starting it, I always get the message that another instance of the poker client is already running. I have rebooted, checked for other versions, nothing works. What can I do?

Answer by Leonard Moore

In order to solve this problem, try checking if the client automatically launches when the Windows starts. To do this, swipe from the right side of the screen, type msconfig and press Enter. Go to the Service tab, check the Hide all Microsoft service option from the bottom of the page, go to Startup and search for the application's process. Make sure that this is unchecked. Click OK, reboot your computer and try starting the game client again. Your should be able to start it.

If the problem isn't fixed, try running the program in compatibility mode with Windows XP. To do this, right click on its icon from desktop > Properties > Compatibility tab and check Run this program in compatibility with Windows XP.
